What Budget Agent is

Budget Agent ([Your LLC legal name, once formed]) is a categorization and allocation tool. You upload photos or PDFs of receipts; we extract the merchant, date, line items, and total for your review; you decide the category (Need, Want, or Savings) and subcategory it belongs to; we total it up and show you a monthly summary.

Budget Agent is not a financial advisor. Nothing in the Service constitutes individualized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. We don't move money, execute payments, or access your bank accounts. Any recommendation or summary the Service generates is based only on data you've already confirmed — it does not replace advice from a qualified professional.

Accounts

• •One account per person. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• •You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• •You're responsible for the accuracy of the category and subcategory you assign to each purchase — the Service extracts data but never assigns these for you.
• •You may delete your account at any time from Settings; this permanently deletes your receipts, transactions, and budget data.

Plans and billing

Budget Agent offers three plans:

• •Free — $0/mo: 15 receipt uploads/mo, 50/30/20 & 70/20/10 templates, Dashboard + monthly summary.
• •Plus — $7.99/mo: Unlimited receipt uploads, Full template library, 100 AI chat messages/mo, 12-month history.
• •Pro — $12.99/mo: Unlimited AI chat, AI budget builder, Priority extraction, Full history + export.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing; your plan stays active through the end of the current billing period. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• •Upload a receipt or document that isn't your own genuine purchase.
• •Attempt to access another user's account or data.
• •Use the Service to process another person's financial information without their authorization.
• •Attempt to circumvent plan limits, rate limits, or other technical restrictions.
• •Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

AI-generated content

Some features (receipt extraction, the monthly recommendation summary, AI chat, and the AI budget builder) use an AI model. Extracted numbers are always shown to you for confirmation before they're saved — we never post an amount you haven't confirmed. Narrative summaries and chat responses are generated from data already calculated elsewhere in the app and are provided for convenience; verify anything important against your own records.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that receipt extraction will be perfectly accurate, that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it is suitable for any particular purpose. You're responsible for reviewing extracted data before relying on it.

Limitation of liability

Termination
